1 bed flat 1min walk from waterloo station and the south bank. Quarterly cleaning included. The flat is brand new, i am the first person to have ever lived here. The area is extremely central and safe, with a lot of security in the building due to its location next to the shell estate and friendly neighbours who are quiet, working professionals.
