Nicholas humphreys is pleased to present this well-maintained student house located on kingsthorpe grove, northampton. It's conveniently situated near local amenities and transport links to the town centre and the waterside campus. Each room features a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet (some also include a desk and chair), and two of the rooms have ensuite shower rooms. The property includes two leather sofas, fully fitted kitchen units with ample storage, a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, and microwave. There's also a bathroom with a bath, shower screen, electric shower, wash hand basin, and wc. The garden is mainly lawn. Room prices vary slightly, but generally are around £550 per month. The tenancy runs from july 1st, 2025 to june 30th, 2026 (with a 50% summer retainer for july and august). Bills are excluded, but we can assist with setting up utility packages (ask our team for more information). Viewings are highly recommended. Please bring your group for the viewing, but if your whole group can't make it, we can do a virtual viewing. Why not use facetime/video call with your whole group so you can all see it together?
