Available in our 13-bedroom houses, our premium plus ensuite rooms are  similar in size to our premium ensuite rooms but youll be able to  choose between a ground floor room with a larger ensuite, or a room on  floors 1-3 with dual aspect windows, offering amazing views across the  neighbourhood and beyond. Youll also be part of a sociable house with a  large communal living/kitchen area.
